About the Course
Since the calamity of October 7, 2023, and the war that followed, the images of the horrible destruction of both the Gaza envelope and the Northern communities are engraved in our minds. Yet these parts of Israel have a history and a story; way beyond their recent tragedy. This series of lectures will explore the poetry created in these parts of Israel and their importance to the larger Israeli story.
