About the Course
Together we will study the fourth chapter of Tractate Megillah, which discusses how the synagogue, the ark, the bimah and many other items have intrinsic holiness. The chapter also explores how the experience of holy space is possible outside the Temple and the Land of Israel. The course is open to BOTH those with a strong background and those who have had limited experience with Talmud. All sources will be provided in the original and with translation.
